How to Make Aloo Tikki

Ingredients for Aloo Tikki
|Boiled Potatoes||5 medium size|
|Salt||According to taste|
|Red chili powder||½ tsp|
|Green chili||1 (finely chopped)|
|Green Coriander||3 tbsp (finely chopped)|
|Oil||100 ml (to make “Aloo tikki”)|
First mash boiled potatoes without their covers in a bowl. Then mix mashed potatoes with breadcrumbs, salt, red chili powder, green chili and green coriander one by one in a bowl.
Take little oil on your palm and take mashed mixture and make round balls (medium size) of it. Now flatten with your fingers.
Now spread oil on the hot pan and place “Aloo tikki” on it. Then flip the “Aloo tikki” as it is roasted from beneath.
Now “Aloo tikki” is roasted from other side as well now spread some oil on the upper surface and flips the sides. Roast until it gets golden brown on both the sides.
Now crispy and crusty “Aloo tikki” are ready. Pour the “Aloo tikki” in a plate and garnish with green sauce, or with your favorite sauce.
Serve it heartily to all.
