Ingredients for Red Chili Garlic Chutney
100-150 gms Garlic cloves
10-15 whole red chilies
2-3 red chili powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1-2 tsp lemon water
Remove the seed from the whole red chilies and shock in water for 2-3 hours.
Then takes a blender and put 1/3 part of total garlic cloves, shocked whole red chilies, cumin seeds, and a little amount water and blend the ingredients till it turns into thick paste.
Heat the pan in slow flame add oil and mustard seed then put all rest garlic cloves and saute it till the garlic looks light brown.
Add the chili paste and chili powder and saute it for 2-3 minute then add lemon and salt according to taste and minute.
Pour the garlic chutney in a serving plate and serve with paratha, roti, dosa, samosa and etc.
