How to Make healthy Gond ki Laddu at Home

Ingredients for Rajasthani Gond ke Laddu

1 cup Gond
½ cup Atta
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Ghee
10-15 Almond (Badam)
10 cardamom
1 tsp Dry Ginger powder
1tsp Raw Black Piper

Method of Gond ke Laddu Recipe

Take a pan, heat it on low flame add ghee in the pan and melt it then add gond on it and fry properly. Gond turns into approximate 3 time more from its original size. Remove the gond from the oil and keep it on tissue paper to remove the extra ghee.
Filter the atta flour with the help of a tea filter. Then add the atta flour in the rest ghee and fried till it look like light brown.
Chopped the almond (badam) in to small pieces and add the fried atta flour in it then add cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, raw black piper and mix properly
Take a pan and heat on high flame, Add sugar and ½ cup of water and heat it till it boil. Take a drop of sugar syrup and check whether its thick or not if its like thick syrup then add the fried gond and the mixture of Almond and Atta flour.
Mix well all the ingredient for 1 minute and power it in to a pot . Make the mix in small ball with the help of hand. Keep it for 1 and ½ hour and gond laddu is ready to serve
