Paneer Finger Pakoda is a very tasty dish. It also called an Indochinese disc. Generally we see this at any fast food counter or in marries ceremony, or birth day parties, or in special occasion. We want to make such tasty disc at home. But due to lack of proper knowledge we do not try it at home. Some time we make it at home but its taste is different the market place. How to Make Crunchy and Spicy Paneer Fingers

Preparation time-15 min
Cooking time-10 min

Ingredients for Crispy Paneer Fingers

200 gm Paneer
3 cups Breadcrumb’s
¼ cup cornstarch
1 tsp Black Paper
2 tbsp Cornflower
1tsp Chat Masala
1/tsp Red chili
½ tsp Garlic power
Oil for deep fry
Salt as per taste


Take a bowl add Corn starch, salt, cornflower, black paper ,Garlic powder, Chili powder, oil ,add water Slowly.
Mix all the ingredients properly and make a thick batter for coating the sliced Paneer
Take a small pot add Black paper Garlic powder, Chaat Masala, Red chili powder
Slice the Paneer in long size like as our finger size then deep the Panner pieces into the batter and roll on the breadcrumb’s and coat all the Paneer and freeze it for 15-20minute (its optional)
Heat a fry pan on medium flame adds oil for deep fry. Slowly put into the oil and fry it till it looks like golden brown and remove into a tissue paper
Put Paneer fingers in a plate and sprinkle the seasoning and toss it for mixing. Your Paneer finger is ready now serve it with green chutney/red chutney as you want
