These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services (as described below), and any information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). Your access to and use of the Services is expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. Certain features, services or tools of the Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted with those features and are a part of these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Services
Foodcaliber is an online platform that provides users with the ability to match food items and personal taste preferences with recipes. Recipes are sourced from common and popular cooking and recipe websites via those websites’ source APIs. Foodcaliber uses custom built algorithms to match a user’s food ingredients and preferences to the recipes that best match those ingredients and preferences.
These Services may change from time to time without prior notice to you and we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice.
The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising on the Services are subject to change. In consideration for Foodcaliber granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Foodcaliber and its third party providers and partners may place such advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.
Content on the Services
Foodcaliber is a place where users can find recipes from source websites and applications that match their ingredients and preferences. Foodcaliber is not responsible for screening and/or verifying that the information provided on or through the Services and we make no guarantee or warranty that the information provided is accurate, complete, reliable or safe to practice.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Services; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. Notice of claims of copyright infringement should be sent by email to email@example.com.
We reserve the right to remove Content in violation of this policy without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, Foodcaliber may also terminate your Account if you are determined to be a repeat infringer.
Third Party Services
The Services also contains links to third party websites, resources and services provided by third parties. Foodcaliber is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such services; or (ii) the information, products, or services available on or through such third parties. The availability of such third party services does not imply any endorsement by Foodcaliber. You are responsible for and assume all risk arising from your use or reliance of any third party services.
